Welcome to www.bentopicnic.com (the “Site”). We are an e-commerce site that enables you to purchase bento boxes and related consumables for catering and delivery in select areas that we service.
The site is comprised of various web pages operated by Bento Picnic LLC (“Bento Picnic”), and it is offered to you based on your acceptance of these terms and conditions herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read the terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know before your scheduled delivery day if you need to cancel your order for any reason. We do not issue refunds, but with at least 24 hours advance notice, we will issue you a credit for the full amount of the purchase. You may use your credit for placing future orders on bentopicnic.com.
Your responsibility for your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Bento Picnic is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Bento Picnic and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

You will be able to connect your Bento Picnic account to third party accounts. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
